Purpose
The Warrensburg R-VI School District (District) is soliciting pricing from qualified lawn care service contractors (Contractor) to provide mowing and trimming of school district property. The goal is to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained outdoor environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Contract Term
The initial contract term will be for one (1) year, March 24, 2026, thru June 30, 2027, or the end of the mowing season. Based on performance, an option of renewing each year for up to four (4) additional years, for a total contractual period of no more than five (5) years, may be offered.
Bid Schedule
Site Visit: March 9, 2026, 8:00 AM Meet at 201 South Holden Street
Due Date: Proposals are due March 17, 2026, 2PM
Questions: All written questions are due by March 12, 2026
Contractor: Notification after the Board of Education Meeting on March 24th, 2026
