What Is Connected Hearts?
Connected Hearts is an organization that provides funds and services donated from the community for needy children to prevent homelessness and help children experiencing homelessness; this is achieved through a school - based referral system. Counselors, social workers and educational personnel identify the children in dire need.
How Can You Help?
Donate Money
Get informed and involved. Attend our monthly meetings held on the first Monday of every month at 6 pm at the Community Center Multi-room A & B.
Provide Transportation for the kids to medical appointments, school activities, and extracurricular events.
