Mission Statement  

The mission of the Warrensburg Area Career Center is to provide an educational experience for the students and community members of Johnson County. We will produce a high level of achievement as measured by state and national standards that prepare students for meaningful employment or continued education.

Vision Statement

We, the staff of Warrensburg Area Career Center envision a school that:

• Is recognized and respected locally and nationally as a leader in career and community education in a stateoftheart facility.
• Provides quality entry level career skills and an introduction to career choices to area high school students and adults through a wide variety of course offerings.
• Is a welcoming facility providing a safe environment where students and community are valued and their accomplishments are celebrated.
• Is an asset to the community, where students and staff take pride in the school while embracing a diverse population.
• Provides a challenging curriculum whereby students have access to knowledge and reallife experiences that empowers them to be successful, contributing citizens.
• Possesses a quality staff who put students first and holds them accountable for their actions, to help them develop independence and selfworth.
