2010-2011    

 

New Students  

Any child whose fifth birthday occurs before the first day of August shall be admitted to kindergarten. Any child whose sixth birthday occurs before the first day of August shall be admitted to first grade. To register, kindergarten children and all pupils new to the district must bring their birth certificates, social security numbers, immunization records and proofs of residency to the schools they will be attending .  

 

Before & After School Child Care

Child care is available for students K-5th grade before and after school at the Matrin Warren Annex. The before school program meets from 6:00 a.m.-8:15 a.m. and the after school program meets from 3:20 p.m.-5:30 p.m. every school day. Fees: Annual enrollment fee per family - $20   After school care - $30 per week per child   Before school care - $25 per week per child if arriving before 7:00 a.m. and $18 per week per child if arriving after 7:00 a.m. Breakfast is included in the fees and transportation to and from the school campuses. WARRENSBURG MIDDLE SCHOOL - Physical Education Supply List
All students will have one semester of PE. Schedule will indicate fall or spring semester PE. It is recommended that students have the following: white or gray t-shirt, white socks, tennis shoes (no open back), deodorant/antiperspirant, a bag for belongings, athletic pants/slick (optional), washcloth (optional), dark colored shorts (shorts need to be school appropriate dress code length, combination lock (optional): clothing cannot be left in lockers in the locker room. NOTE: All PE items should be marked with student's name and grade on the tag.

WARRENSBURG MIDDLE SCHOOL - Industrial Technology: Students will pay the cost of the materials they use.

WARRENSBURG MIDDLE SCHOOL - Hall Lockers: The administration will assign students to lockers. Each locker has a built-in combination lock and will be locked at all times. Administrators will not investigate locker thefts if the locker has been intentionally left unlocked. NOTE: Students are required to sign a locker rental form and pay a $3.00 non-refundable fee. Students may only use magnetic decorations on the inside of their lockers.
